Complaints & returns
Returns are no problem! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to process your return, exchange or cancellation. Please return items within 30 days of delivery.
Request to cancel: before 11 p.m. on the day of order, please. At this point we can almost always cancel the order. In the event that the order has already been forwarded to the printing company, we unfortunately cannot stop it.
Due to the nature of personalized products, unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery, we cannot accept returns. Are there other unforeseen problems? Please contact us. We are happy to think along with you.
Conditions for returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any reduction in value. We will refund the original shipping costs. This way we share the shipping costs.
If your received product arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrectly printed, we will solve this for you. In this case we will usually provide a new product or a refund. Please contact us at any time.
Usually the delivery time is 2-4 working days. We need one working day to print & dry the ink. It will then be taken to the parcel service. The parcel services we work with are PostNL and DHL.
