What payment methods are there?
The most important and most used payment method is Ideal. You can find this payment method at the end of the checkout. You will also find payment methods here such as credit card, Paypal and more. We also have some payment options for the fast customer. With these payment methods you skip part of the checkout and pay quickly. Options include ShopPay, ApplePay and GooglePay.
What are the shipping costs and delivery time?
The majority of all deliveries are between 2 and 4 working days. In some cases it may take a little longer due to busy delivery services. We work together with PostNL and DHL for orders. Our advice is to order early to avoid disappointments.
The shipping costs are €2.95. Shipping abroad is €4.95 or more. These will become visible in the checkout phase.
Why are my shipping costs higher?
We work with an external supplier for the mugs and phone cases. To keep everything as clear as possible, we have also set these shipping costs at €2.95.
All wall decoration - €2.95
All phone cases - €2.95
All mugs - €2.95
Example: if you buy a poster and a phone case, we charge shipping costs for both the posters and the phone case; 2x 2.95.
Are there passe-partouts?
No, we do not supply framed posters with passe partout. The posters do not have a white border around them. Some inspiration photos still contain images with passe partouts, these are for inspiration only. We will remove this from the website at a convenient time.
Can I request a poster?
Yes, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need more information. You can reach us via the contact form at the bottom of the page or via chat (not always available). We can make a custom poster for you or adapt an existing poster to your wishes. Much is possible!
Help, my package is damaged?
Oops, it sometimes happens that a package gets damaged during transport. In this case, please contact us immediately ! We will of course solve this and will provide a new one in most cases. Tip: immediately send some photos of the damage and, if necessary, of the damaged packaging.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam box first. In most cases it ended up there by accident. Still nothing? Please contact us and we will check whether the order went through correctly. We will also send the confirmation as normal.
Will I receive a track & trace number?
Yes, you will receive a T&T number for all our products, except for the phone cases. The phone cases are usually delivered to the letterbox after one day. For all other products you will receive the track & trace when we hand over the order to the delivery service. So it may take a while before it works.
Can you make posters of an amateur team?
Yes, we have already done several fun projects creating a design for amateur teams. We are always open to a fun project, so don't hesitate to contact us. We may write a blog about this soon!
